What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I was inspired to do a Soul Art journey because I wanted to take a break from my usual work day of writing, marketing and other “business” stuff. I realize the importance of balancing the left and right brain through spiritual practices such as meditation, chanting and keeping a journal. However, this was an opportunity to add art to my practices.
How would you describe your creative process?
To begin, I grabbed some paper, water colors and oil pastels. After that, I watched Laura’s Guided Soul Art Journey video and took a look at the worksheet (set my intention, did the body mapping, etc.). Then I let my journey begin!
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
The insight I received from this experience is still unfolding. I’m excited for my intention to manifest!
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
This was a soothing, relaxing and liberating experience.
