What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
To tap into the creative vortex of people creating Soul Art around the world at the same time, is just magical. There’s a collective energy that also inspires creation and it’s just joyful to connect and share throughout the day. I was in the studio with Laura in 2018 so it feels ever more potent to create with the group this year.
How would you describe your creative process?
Very intuitive and often spontaneous – I follow a sense of shape or colour and continue from there. As the painting unfolds, more is revealed and I receive insights as I’m painting, one symbol or shape or colour will spark the next and the story unfolds before my eyes.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
This painting is so fertile, it’s abundant with fertility, nurturance, new life, and holding. It feels incredibly rich and potent – this is where I stand now having delved deep into the potency of my being this last year. Now ripe and ready.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
It’s a joyful, powerful experience of accessing realms of the soul and subconscious and finding your own language through art. And the creative vortex makes it ever more powerful and fun to connect with so many people around the world. You just need to pick up the brush and trust.
