What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
As an Expressive Arts Therapist, I have already experienced and witnessed how powerful this kind of process is, and was inspired to do the Soul Art journey as I believed it would be even more powerful undergoing such process by joining energies with thousands of creative spirits.
How would you describe your creative process?
My creative process is intuitive and spontaneous, a way in which I get to explore my inner and outer worlds and resources. Free to be…free to create, no conventional rules to follow, no results as a goal. I dive into the creative process with abandon to allow what needs to emerge to do so:).
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
To trust that my ideas and projects, even though not coming to life as fast I as wish, are going through their necessary stages of grow and development and when the time is right they will come to life. But, that I still need to nourish them every day.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
I am always amazed and surprised how images come to be, and how sometimes they come to form from what seemed to be a mistake. Which in turn always reminds me to trust the process and that there are no mistakes.
