What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I wanted to join the collective and create a powerful and insightful art from my soul. I came across Laura Hollick and the Soul art group on Facebook and was inspired to join, it felt aligned to me.
How would you describe your creative process?
When time stands still and art flows from the heart without the thinking mind standing in the way, it’s deep, insightful and has a unique energy, I loved creating this way during the soul art process.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I can reach for love and be in the star of love amongst all the chaos around, ultimately Love is the only constant in this Universe. I titled my piece Reach. It’s a body mapping of my hand and painted in abstract style.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
It’s amazing to align energies together and have a collective creative experience which is rewarding and empowering.
