What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
This is an annual self care treat…. I wouldn’t miss it!
How would you describe your creative process?
I tend to paint semi realistic, mystical, colourful, delicate and soulful in an intuitive flow. I rarely ever know in advance what I am going to create, especially when I paint.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I must accept myself in order to be free to BE myself.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Connecting with my whole essence, which includes my whole body, and setting intentions are essential for me to open myself to hear what wants to come through. I create with the philosophy to trust the process and try not to control or judge the outcome.
