What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I just knew it was something my heart and soul wanted to do at this time. Even though I like to create using my ‘own’ inspiration, I love being guided and held in this process as well, from time to time.
I felt this community and Soul Art Day initiative would offer me just that.

How would you describe your creative process?

It was much lengthier than I had expected. The first day I focused mainly on preparing the (energetic) space for myself. I prepared as I would do for a ceremony. The actual creations very much started to flow at the end of day one and several days to follow.
It definitely invited me in a very loving way, helping me to bring out deeper layers of expression.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

I had some insights about a health issue that I have – which actually was expressed really nicely and clearly on paper – and what could help me bring healing to that.
Also, I found the sharing part very healing. I shared two pictures in the community group on facebook and that in and of itself was very healing to me. It reminded me of how much vulnerability is medicine.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

It has given birth to new openings, possibilities and inspiration.
There is so much more to explore and discover.
