What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I wanted a deeper experience, something different then my usual art retreats.
How would you describe your creative process?
It spontaneous, I never plan out what I will do in advance. I like to feel my way through each piece, the symbols, the colours. I try to follow my intuition
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
To be proud of the path I have chosen when it comes to spirituality. Not to be afraid to believe something not so traditional to how I was raised
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
I learned to let go. To not hold on to controlling what comes onto the paper. Not to worry about all the art rules. To go deeper in myself to find those parts of me that are truly me
