What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I was inspired to do a Soul Art Journey as a way to cultivate and express the elements of peace, serenity, and harmony in or lives. Special aspects of life, moments in time, positive feelings and more that offer healing as well as nurturing sustenance to our being, keeping us whole ~

How would you describe your creative process?

My process is one of mindfulness and intention combined with spontaneity. I am drawn to elements in nature which exude beauty, healing, thoughtfulness. Finding and recognizing the simple gifts on our path and journey through the day, seasons and year.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

In between work, the day was quite inspiring… a morning meditation, walk, and overall sense of ease and creativity flowing. I was most inspired to express my love and appreciation for days in nature or observing it, and moments of peace, creativity, and expression – the feelings, beauty, colors and textures, tastes, and sensations. Sharing here a photo collage of these or representing these moments. Some of them routine, while others momentary inspirations.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

The Soul Art experience was inspiring, and creative, a chance to turn focus to this process and honoring it’s importance in life. Enjoyed being part of a community. Was a fabulous day ! ☺️
