What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

Expectations needed to be let go, breathe feel and flow into the process, no forcing allowed. The outcome aftermath is sometimes the best part.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

The biggest and best magic happens through the process and sacred celebration. Even as I write this I felt a need for a mini intermission. As I walked to the back yard for pause in breath , there tucked in the garden was a beautiful vase of purple wild lupine flowers incorporating my butterfly twigs from my soul art piece that my honey had lovingly left for me. So touched, so felt and heard, so thankful, so loved! Let go, dive in, listen, and celebrate!
