I have done it before and I know it’s powerful. I love it. it helps me get unstuck, feel nourished as I gain so much insights to allow my creativity to flow.

It has been amazing to facilitate clarity, authenticity, freedom and integration, through letting go of whatever is clouding my vision of the present and the future.
