What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I’ve not done anything like this before, usually my bodyart is created for a specific event or for private commissions. It seemed like the perfect opportunity to submit a piece of my bodyart as a piece of art for the Soul Art Journey.

How would you describe your creative process?

I love the use of colour and pattern as a form of expression. It’s the everyday things in life that give me inspiration. Nature, people, weather and surroundings all dictate how I feel at any given moment. More often than not if I have free reign to let my imagination take me where it will, I love to paint what comes to me in the moment.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

I find that each time I create a piece of bodyart I allow my imagination to take me to places I can’t go except in my mind. Colour and movement are forever changing just as time moves on so do we, that’s the way we learn and grow

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

That life and how we live it can be transient. That sometimes we should seize the moment and let ourselves release all control and free fall.
