What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I’ve been feeling like I’ve been creatively a bit blocked; had started painting again but kept avoiding it even though I love it – and was wondering why. What I read – and what I heard on your brilliant TED talk resonated with me….
How would you describe your creative process?
A great deal of procrastination until I find something that hooks me in – could be an idea, actual time, something – and then I’m drawn in. The real inspiration only really comes in the doing for me and not before.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
A greater clarity and inspiration on my true purpose – wasn’t expecting that )
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
What a visceral, grounding experience it was doing body mapping. It’s helped me articulate through painting, a greater knowing as to my purpose. That the process of doing this is probably what I need to do to move blocks if they arise in the future.
